No claim for grocery or cash will be paid if a member owes two months Casket for additional member exceeding the prescribed number of members covered by our plans will be selected to a payment of R50.00 for 2 extra members on policy covered with standard coffin. Claims will be paid within 48 hours following submission of relevant supporting documents. The 48 hours for claims stars everyday 12:00 midday and all document submitted after the deadline will fall to the next day 12:00 midday deadline. An amount of R1 750.00 (individual policy) or R3 500.00 (Group policy) will be given to the bereaved family for funeral services outside Tshwane District, coffin, hearse, family car, mortuary facilities, graveside equipment’s, coffin spray, screen & church trolley will also be provided. A member is able to replace a deceased member after burial. Claims must be submitted within six (6) months from the date of death. Stillbord is covered for a free burial in a 50km radius from our nearest branch. Should a member wish to cancel the membership then they shall not be entitled to any form of refund. Lost membership booklet or receipt book or policy documents are charged and paid for before reissue. Suicide attempted or injury wilfully and self-inflicted by member/client within the first 2 years (24 months) of the commencement is of sound or unsound mind. Duration cover: this funeral cover membership is part of a whole life group funeral policy which means that the member and dependants or additional dependants will continue to enjoy cover for as the premiums are paid. In the event where two policies have covered one person only one can make a claim. All clients must submit full complete details of extended membership within 7 days after joining. Extra for coverage: No waiting period will be applicable in the event of accidental death claims on condition that a member has paid the first premium. Existing member who were insured by the previous undertaker shall complete the duration of the waiting period still outstanding as stipulated in the grace p Your cover starts after receipts of the 1st premium, providing that the insurer that has not declined the application within 30 days of applying. Immediate cover members can only claim for burial after registering with us and claim for money or grocery after three months.
